These terms cover using ultrawideart.com and your account. By signing in you agree to them. The shop and the Falken tools are not open yet; when they open, their terms (what you can do with what you buy, and what you may upload) will be added here before anything is sold.

Who we are

UltraWideArt is run by Digital Zoo AI. Questions about these terms go to hello@ultrawideart.com.

Your account

• You sign in with your own Google account, and you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time on the account page.
• We may close an account that is used to attack, overload or misuse the site.

The pictures

• Every picture and scene on this site is generated by AI on our Falken engine, and each file carries a label saying so. Please don’t present them as real photographs.
• The pictures on these pages are previews. Until the shop opens and you have bought a licence, you may look at them here but not download, copy or reuse them.

The site as it is

We work to keep the site available and correct, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law says cannot be limited.

Changes

We will update these terms when the shop opens, and if they change in a way that matters to you, we will say so on this page with the date.
